A: The space is approximately 50 m² — suitable for small to medium gatherings.

A: Maximum occupancy is 20 people.

Booking & Access
Q: Is there a minimum rental time?
A: Yes: 2 hour minimum on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends and holidays.
Q: How do I book and pay?
A: Book through our platform/website. Payment is due at booking via credit card or online payment.
Amenities
Q: What is included in the rental?
A: The entire private rental unit, and use of all included amenities.
Q: What kind of projector is installed?
A: The model name is Aladdin X2 Plus. Please check Aladdin’s official website for details.
Q: How many sets of tableware and cutlery are available?
A: 12 sets of cutlery, 12 pairs of chopsticks, 20 glasses, 6 mugs, 10 plates each (large, medium, and small), 8 deep plates, and 2 bowls.
Rules
Q: Can I cook?
A: Yes — please refrain from cooking anything with strong odors.
Q: Can I decorate the space?
A: Yes — but no damage to walls or ceilings (tape restrictions, etc.).
Q: Are cleaning and setup included?
A: Cleaning option is separate; guests are expected to return the space to its original condition before departure.
Q: Can I add the trash disposal option on the day of my booking?
A: Yes. It costs 2,500 yen per bag. The fee will be billed later.
Q: Are there noise restrictions?
A: Yes — please keep the volume to a reasonable level, since this is a residential neighborhood.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No
Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: No, extensions are not possible. Please make your reservation with enough time in advance.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: A full refund will be issued if cancelled before 3 days of reservation.
Food & Beverages
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: Yes — please refrain from anything with strong odors.
Q: Can I drink alcohol there?
A: Yes
Q: Is there a kitchen or catering service?
A: Catering or a private chef can be arranged on request.
Q: Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
A: There is a 7-Eleven and a Lawson near the station. As for supermarkets, there are Tokyu Store and Seijo Ishii, among others, inside Grandberry Park.

Q: How do I get there?
A: The space is a 2 minute walk from Minamimachida Grandberry Park station.
Q: Is parking available?
A: No — however there are plenty of nearby paid parking
