We’re excited to share that a brand-new 50㎡ multipurpose rental space will be opening in March 2026, just a 2-minute walk from Minamimachida Grandberry Park Station.
Designed to be stylish, flexible, and welcoming, this space is built for experiences—whether that’s a cooking session, a creative shoot, a workshop, or a private gathering with friends and family.
The space will feature a modern island kitchen ideal for kitchen studio use, cooking classes, and food-focused events. Surrounding the kitchen island are a large farm-style dining table and a spacious living room with a sofa and projector. With capacity for up to 20 guests and a 7-Eleven nearby, it’s an easy, convenient location for both hosts and visitors.
