Policy
A) Cleaning and Garbage Disposal
- Guests are responsible for self-cleaning and taking all garbage home (Paid options are available).
- Please return the space to its original condition before leaving.
- If you use the kitchen, wash all cookware and tableware thoroughly, dry them with paper towels, and return them to their designated locations.
B) Food and Beverage
- The kitchen is available free of charge. Please bring your own seasonings, condiments, and cooking oils.
- Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are permitted.
- Tableware is limited in quantity. Please check the Amenities & Equipment section in advance and bring any additional items you may need.
- To maintain a pleasant environment, please avoid bringing or cooking foods with strong odors and take all leftover food and beverages with you.
C) Reservation Time
- Please strictly observe your reservation time, as unauthorized extensions may inconvenience the next guest.
- Allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation before departure.
- Before exiting, confirm that you have:
- Taken all personal belongings.
- Turned off lights and air conditioning.
- Closed all windows.
D) Equipment Care
- Please handle all equipment, furniture, and tableware with care.
- Report any damage immediately, including minor items such as dishes or glassware.
- Depending on the situation, compensation may be required—particularly if damage is not reported.
- Be sure to return the air conditioner and projector remote controls to their original locations.
E) About the Space
- The space is located on the second floor of a detached house. Please use the stairs carefully, especially when consuming alcohol or supervising children.
- We cannot assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or other issues that occur during your use of the space.
- As the property is situated in a residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a reasonable volume, including in stairways and outside the entrance.
- Please don’t flush anything besides toilet paper in the toilet .
F) Penalties and Prohibited Activities
The following penalties may apply if rules are not observed:
- Failure to clean, unauthorized garbage disposal, unapproved time extensions, tampering with security cameras or equipment, or violation of house rules: Up to ¥50,000
- Indoor smoking (including heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes): ¥30,000
- Failure to report damaged equipment: Up to ¥50,000
- Emergency cleaning service dispatch: ¥30,000
(Applies when the space is left unclean and staff must prepare it for the next guest.)
Prohibited activities:
- Exceeding max capacity of 20 people.
- Smoking indoors (including heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes).
- Bringing pets.
- Bringing open flames, hazardous materials, explosives, or similar items.
- Removing or relocating permanently installed equipment (such as security cameras and ceiling lighting fixtures).
- Any actions that violate laws or regulations, are against public order and morals.
While we have established these guidelines to protect the space and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, our goal is simply to provide an environment where all guests can feel comfortable.
